Returns & Exchanges

At Mott & Bow, we want to ensure you find your perfect fit. We offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange order within 5-7 business days.
